The e-commerce site www.temposoccer.it is owned and operated by Mondo Giochi srl based in Marcianise (Caserta) ZIP 81025 at Via Gaetano Marzotto – Polo ASI Nord, P.iva 02498720610, Phone +39 0823 821 761, email mondogiochi@mondogiochi.com . The confirmation and sending of the order by the Customer (“Customer” means the user of the site www.temposoccer.it who accesses the e-commerce check out) , implies the acknowledgement and full acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the Customer. The sales contract between Mondo Giochi s.r.l and the Customer is concluded with the acceptance of the order during the guided procedure. The Consumer Customer agrees to keep these general conditions of sale either in hard copy or in digital format, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree. 185/99 on distance selling. No damages or indemnification or any contractual or extra-contractual liability for non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is provided. The customer is allowed to purchase only the products in the online catalog of www.temposoccer.it accompanied by detailed information sheets. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Mondo Giochi s.r.l by email, sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of receipt of the order and a Customer order number, necessary for any subsequent communication with Mondo Giochi s.r.l concerning the order placed. The message will contain the data entered by the Customer, information relating to the characteristics of the product purchased, the ‘indication of the price, the payment methods chosen, indications relating to the mode and shipping costs and applicable taxes. It will be in the Customer’s interest to verify the accuracy of the summary and report any inconsistencies to Mondo Giochi s.r.l . In case of non-acceptance of the order, Mondo Giochi s.r.l guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
SHIPMENTS
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by Mondo Giochi srl or its delegate. The shipping cost is fixed and is €10.00. C.O.D. shipping with cash on delivery incurs an additional charge with total cost indicated at checkout. In this case, and only when the shipping cost is charged, the goods travel at our risk. In case of theft/loss, Mondo Giochi srl undertakes to send a new product and, if the same should be unavailable and/or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer not to accept this new product and request the issuance of credit note related to the product itself. In the event that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, Mondo Giochi srl will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses. The delivery time, purely indicative is approximately 48/72h from the date of order (excluding shipping time), the same may vary due to force majeure or due to unavailability or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities. Delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the parties, will take place at the times established by the post offices to which the package was entrusted.
Incomplete shipments caused by goods not in stock. If at the time of order preparation some items are not in stock, the order will be processed and shipped with the items present, provided the minimum order quantity is reached. Unshipped items will NOT be kept on note and NO communication will be made about them
Shipping address
The customer must provide a shipping address where a person is normally present to pick up the goods. Cash on delivery payment can only be settled in cash. Where noted in the notes, we will indicate any delivery specifications to the courier, although we cannot give any guarantee that these will be considered by the courier. Mondo Giochi srl reserves, in its sole discretion, the right not to proceed with the shipment of goods, even after accepting the order, to those customers who are insolvent or in litigation.
Storage
Should the goods sent go into storage with the carrier for reasons attributable to the recipient such as absence on delivery, wrong delivery address, refusal to deliver, the costs of storage will be charged to the recipient. Risk and Ownership The goods are shipped carriage paid. In the event that the goods were shipped freight collect, at the customer’s instruction, the risk and to be considered the customer’s responsibility from the delivery of the goods to the carrier until destination. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is stated in the invoice ( sent by e-mail ) or from the order summary (sent by e-mail). In case of discrepancies, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by fax or registered mail with return receipt, to Mondo Giochi srl . Even with undamaged packaging, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies, should be reported in writing by fax or registered mail to Mondo Giochi s.r.l. . Any report beyond the above deadlines will not be considered. If the packages received are unconditioned and / or opened, the customer must indicate on the delivery note its reserve and notify in writing, or by fax, or by e-mail ( assistenza@mondogiochi.com ), within 24 hours Mondo Giochi srl . For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is stated.
WARRANTY TERMS All products purchased through temposoccer.co.uk e-commerce are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not include: costs of returning the goods and automatically lapses if the product has been modified or tampered with in any way.
Liability Mondo Giochi srl is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the site temposoccer.it, including for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to Mondo Giochi srl.

Mondo Giochi s.r.l. is primarily engaged in wholesale and retail sales. Retail orders are accepted through the e-shop, by phone and e-mail. The customer will receive, at the end of the procedure, a confirmation of receipt indicating the order number related to the e-mail address provided; in the event that, after sending the order, you do not receive any confirmation, we suggest that you contact online order support ( address mondogiochi@mondogiochi.com ) for verification. Customers are advised that if Mondo Giochi s.r.l. delegates third parties to deliver/sell goods purchased through www.temposoccer.it, the conditions of sale and transportation may be subject to change. Payments

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As provided for by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005, the Customer (natural person who, in entering into the contract, acted for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activity possibly carried out) of Mondo Giochi s.r.l. is given the right to withdraw from the contract. The user who has purchased products through the Site www.temposoccer.it has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Mondo Giochi s.r.l., without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise specified. The withdrawal must be exercised by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to Mondo Giochi s.r.l., to the following address: Mondo Giochi s.r.l. Via Gaetano Marzotto – Polo ASI Nord 81025 – Marcianise (Ce) Or, if you have a certified electronic mail (PEC) account, it will be sufficient to write to mondogiochi@pec.it. As required by current regulations, emails sent from a PEC account, have the value of registered mail. Withdrawal may also be anticipated, within the 14-day period indicated above, by email to the email address: mondogiochi@mondogiochi.com provided that the notice of withdrawal is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours. The following provisions apply to the exercise of withdrawal: A) The user shall have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order to indicate his or her intention to make the return. B) You must also arrange for the purchased products to be shipped, using a carrier of your choice and at your expense, within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the goods. The products must be returned perfectly intact and properly packaged preferably in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories. IMPORTANT: include in the return package a copy of the paper purchase receipt found in the shipment. Under Article 67, II paragraph, of the Consumer Code, is a necessary condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal the substantial integrity of the product to be returned. The products must not have been damaged and/or altered. For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, it is not required that the goods to be returned be insured against theft and accidental damage in transit. However, since the risk inherent in the return of the goods is borne by the purchaser, Mondo giochi s.r.l. invites the purchaser who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal to insure, at his or her own expense, the shipment for the value indicated in the e-mail confirmation of the purchase order. In accordance with art. 67, IV paragraph, of the Consumer Code, only after the return of the product and only after verifying the fulfillment of points 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 above, Mondo giochi s.r.l. will proceed, in the shortest time possible, to refund the amount paid by the user. The amount of the refund will be communicated by e-mail and credited to the same means of payment used for the purchase or by bank transfer. This is without prejudice to the user’s ability to join current commercial offers. Pursuant to Article 55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that the sale relates to custom-made or personalized products or which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or alter rapidly.
